"I have recently begun my 7th year as case manager with (agency name). Our agency has dealt with two (2) third party administrator (TPA) companies during my tenure. In my opinion, RecoveryTrek (RT) has provided (our agency) with excellent support in the time we have been “partners”. So, while my experience is limited, I can easily endorse RT as the TPA “to beat”. First, about the technology. As a moderately skilled computer user, I can say with confidence that RT’s programs/technology offer many advantages. The system is very user friendly, very logical and very comprehensive. It provides a plethora of information. (Our agency) has very specific needs in terms of reports. We’ve found RT provides the precise information used by our staff on a daily base. Reports are modified to meet our needs and when a variation is needed/requested, RT is more than ready to explore solutions and most always able to accommodate the request. Key to (our agency’s) monitoring is timely information. RT provides test results in a very timely manner. RT technology extends to alternate testing methods, as well. (Our agency) has been pleased with the effectiveness and affordability of the breathalyzer system offered to participants. And, the Mobile App has been very well received by our participants. I’ve found the RT staff at each level are extremely eager to provide what (our agency) needs. RT staff are very accessible to both our staff and our participants. Additionally, I have found RT to be quite flexible to our participants on the financial end of things. Many of our professionals come to (our agency) in dire financial situations and RT has done a great job of working with participants to allow uninterrupted compliance with our program. Participants are very appreciative. Suffice it to say, I have been happy working with RT and look forward to many years of collaborative progress in an effort to support our healthcare professionals."
